Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy applies to the cancellation of subscriptions for Nearbuck Products and the corresponding refund process. Refunds will only be considered if the cancellation adheres to this policy, the Terms of Service, and if Nearbuck has not terminated the User account due to violation of the Terms of Service.
Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
  • Users may cancel their subscription and request a refund within 7 days from the purchase date ("Purchase Date") if they are dissatisfied with the product or service.
  • Refunds are only applicable to first-time subscriptions and can be availed once. Renewal of subscriptions after their term expires does not qualify for a refund.
  • The Purchase Date stated on the invoice shall be considered final for determining refund eligibility.
Upgraded Subscriptions
Users who upgrade their subscription to a higher-priced plan shall have refund eligibility based on the original Purchase Date, not the Upgrade Date. Refunds can only be claimed within 7 days from the Purchase Date.
Refund Timeframe
Users must raise all cancellation and refund requests exclusively through the customer support helpline provided by Nearbuck. Requests made through other modes of communication will not be considered for refund. Nearbuck aims to process eligible refunds within 20 working days from the cancellation request. However, the actual processing time may depend on the Service Providers involved.
Refund Information and Deductions
Users agree to provide any necessary information, such as bank account details, bank branch names, UPI addresses, and IFSC codes, to facilitate the refund process. The User acknowledges that refund remittance is subject to charges imposed by the Service Providers. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount claimed by the User.
Exceptions
This Cancellation and Refund Policy does not apply to Users who register and purchase Nearbuck Products by (A) using the referral code/referral link of existing Nearbuck Users or (B) availing no-cost EMI payment solutions from third parties. Such Users are not eligible for refunds from Nearbuck.
